QTT, INC. introduces its new DR2000™ Platinum Communication Control Software
06-01-2007
(DURHAM, NC June 2007) – Quixote Transportation Technologies, Inc. (QTT) has added ALCOLISTI S.A. as a new distributor for its product lines in Ecuador. ALCOLISTI provides traffic lights, traffic light accessories and traffic control systems for the transportation market. In addition, the company will be responsible for distributing QTT’s highway advisory radio, integrated systems, traffic sensors and analysis systems, RWIS, fixed pavement and weather sensors, as well as mobile pavement sensors.
ALCOLISTI is located in Guayaquil, Ecuador and began operations in the year 2000. The company has advanced progressively, serving institutions that control traffic in Ecuador. ALCOLISTI is a strong competitor in the traffic market, and plans to expand their presence to cover the entire Ecuadorian market for traffic supplies. They have surpassed the competition, defending, representing and ultimately winning contracts with the Ecuadorian Government having to do with traffic control.
The QTT product line will be handled by ALCOLISTI President and CEO Gustavo Soria, with support from a highly experienced staff of engineers. ALCOLISTI customers range from police institutions to regional and municipal government institutions.
“We have clients who have already been using QTT’s NC-200 for traffic studies. The data has allowed them to redraw the roads and improve traffic flow,” says Mr. Soria. “We focus on personalized client service and quality products, and our customers will benefit from the additional options the QTT product line will provide.” |
